Exchanges and Returns

We want your experience at Satyah Shop to be harmonious and positive.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, each piece is unique and may present slight variations in dimensions, weight, color, or finish compared to the images or descriptions provided. These variations are natural characteristics of the handmade manufacturing process and are part of the charm and individuality of each item.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to these specific variations. We ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, but we respect and celebrate the small differences that make each piece special.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are unopened, in their original packaging and have never been worn.

Damaged/defective items

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the products and we will advise if a return is necessary. We require photographic proof of all damage, whenever possible (except for silver jewelry), in lieu of a return. If you receive defective or incomplete products upon arrival, you must notify us in writing (by post, email, or through the contact page on the website) within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please note that we will offer a refund for any defective item rather than a replacement for international orders.

Incorrect items received

If we mistakenly provide you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days.

Unwanted items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (by post, email, or through the contact page on the website) within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that in these cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and "as new" to the address of our partner suppliers (except in the case of Handmade Mandalas).
