Reading the aroma is useful for mental hypo like depression, irritation, stress, lethargy and fatigue. Lift your spirits and clear your mind. When you add a few drops to the bath or when you mix it with a massage oil, it is said to alleviate digestive problems, lack of energy, tiredness, infections, obesity, rheumatism, depression and stress. The lemon plant originated in India and perhaps China, and was betrayed to Europe by the Crusaders in the Media. Given that the fruit has a good amount of vitamins A, B and C, an ounce every day is given to mariners to prevent scurvy, eye problems and other vitamin deficiencies. The first real cultivation of lemon in Europe began in Genoa in the middle of the 15th century. Later I was introduced to America by Cristóbal Colón. Spanish achievements helped to extend more lemon seasons. The lemon was used mainly as an adornment and as medicine. It was only much later that I started using it in the kitchen.
